Kelly Engineering has an outstanding direct hire Facility & Equipment Manager role with an expanding organization in Nashville, TN. This role offers a salary up to $95K plus bonus, career growth, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day. The Facility and Equipment Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of the facility and associated equipment. Key responsibilities include developing and executing building and equipment preventative maintenance programs, managing related projects, overseeing staff and contractors, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, perform, and oversee regular inspections and maintenance of the physical infrastructure, including cleanroom HVAC, sterilization equipment, electrical systems, lighting, warehouse, temperature-controlled equipment, and office spaces.
• Develop and schedule routine maintenance and repair programs for machinery and equipment and sterilizable sets to prevent downtime. Continuously evaluate equipment for safe operation which meets all relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise a small team (3-5) of maintenance technicians and equipment associates. Conduct routine training and onboarding for new staff and coordinate training and certification of heavy equipment.
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
• Research and recommend new equipment, replacement equipment, and safety tools to continuously improve capabilities.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of external contractors and service providers.
