Georgia Licensed Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist (GA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Execute the consumer complaint resolution process and manage complaint logs

Review, investigate, and resolve consumer disputes in compliance with applicable regulations

Assist in audits, monitor compliance processes, and participate in quality assurance training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in financial services or process-oriented business environments preferred

Background knowledge of consumer debt collection, finance, or healthcare regulation preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office applications required

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
