Required Qualifications
3+ years in a front-line support or customer-facing role
2+ years of experience with trading or exchange platforms preferred
BA / BS from an accredited university preferred
Process-driven organizational skills and flexibility in adapting to changes
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
