Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the product operations strategy for financial products within the US region.
• Define the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and the business unit's objectives.
• Own key product metrics such as customer growth and retention, transaction volume growth, product performance, and product operational efficiency.
• Lead the Marketing team to build targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging strategies (e.g., push, in-app, email) based on behavioral insights.
• Design and refine client segmentation frameworks to personalize the experience and optimize journeys.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional business leaders to ensure product strategy drives business growth and meets US market demands.
