Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Support for one of our clients
Role : Help Desk Support
Location : Columbus, OH ( onsite)
Duration : Long Term Contract
Job / Skill requirement :
- Experience in the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.
- A+ and / or Network+ certifications or the equivalent experience
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required
- Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
