You will support Microsofts Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization, driving financial strategy and operational excellence for the team that powers recruiting across the company.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic finance professional to serve as a trusted advisor and financial steward to GTA. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide end-to-end financial support to the leadership team, driving critical decisions that shape the future of the organization. You will be at the heart of our financial operations, leading resource allocation strategies, setting performance targets, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, close and reporting processes. You will partner closely with leaders to translate business strategy into financial outcomes, ensuring alignment between operational execution and financial goals.
