- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical emphasis)
- Professional Engineer registration in the future (PE) needed
- Min 5 years of experience with a Geotechnical Consultant / Specialty Contractor (or combination)
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience within a relevant engineering or construction industry
