About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a data-driven marketing strategy that is in line with business goals, including acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the brand's positioning, tone, and messaging across all channels, as well as managing marketing budgets, performance metrics, and reporting for ROI and LTV. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, as well as planning and managing a variety of performance marketing campaigns. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and optimizing affiliate and partnership programs, implementing player segmentation and lifecycle marketing, and overseeing the creation of marketing content. Engaging with the crypto and gaming community to foster loyalty and organic growth is a key aspect of the position.
Applicants for the Head of Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing, with a preference for those who have worked in iGaming, crypto, sports betting, or high-growth B2C tech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling user acquisition and retention across digital channels, a strong understanding of crypto audiences, and experience with Web3 marketing and casino / gambling compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, managing affiliate marketing programs, and influencer collaborations is essential. The role requires a self-starter with strong creative instincts, who is comfortable using analytics and attribution tools, and is capable of both strategic planning and execution. Excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming, crypto, and online entertainment are also necessary.
