We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our client's accounting operations! This role will focus on the daily transactional side of accounting-ideal for someone who enjoys routine, accuracy, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE :

• Enter and process accounts payable and receivable
• Match invoices, code expenses, and ensure proper documentation
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with vendor setup and maintenance
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
