Real Estate Leader
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to expand leadership influence while continuing to grow personal production and earn rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for an experienced agent who values coaching, leads by example, and wants to help others build confidence, skill, and consistency through structured guidance.
You will learn to mentor both licensed agents and individuals in pre-licensing through hands-on coaching, real transaction exposure, and consistent development conversations. The focus is on helping others improve while continuing to refine your own communication, conversion, and production habits at a higher level.
You will work within a system that supports coaching, accountability, and steady progression. Through repetition and leadership involvement, you will build stronger influence, create more consistency in your own career, and expand your impact within real estate over time.

Compensation:$160,000+ at plan earnings
