We’re looking for a Senior Electrician to bring their expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to our unionized manufacturing facility in beautiful Wenatchee, WA. In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring our plant’s electrical systems operate at peak performance. From troubleshooting complex issues to mentoring other electricians, you’ll be a key player in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Our facility produces molded fiber trays used for packaging and shipping apples, avocados, eggs, and wine bottles—products that help deliver fresh, quality goods across the country. Pay : $49.45 / hour (Annual increases per Union contract)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM, with possible night or weekend calls

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Senior Electrician, you will play a critical role in our team, ensuring the highest standards of electrical work. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and mentoring junior electricians in various projects.
• Performing installations, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnosing electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
