Position Overview : As a Finance Business Partner at our client, you will collaborate closely with a designated practice, its partners, and team members to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, and operational support.

Your primary responsibility will be to measure profitability, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with assigned practice, partners, and team members to understand business objectives, financial goals, and operational challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate practice performance, identify trends, and assess opportunities for improvement.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to practice partners, offering financial expertise, guidance, and support to drive business growth and success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis, modeling, and technology tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.

g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business partnering, preferably within a professional services environment or law firm.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics.
• Experience with financial software and tools, including Aderant (preferred) and Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance, managing projects, and delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
