Duties

• Develop and expand business by opening new accounts and growing existing ones
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
• Educate providers and staff on IVIG and other therapies
• Identify key referral sources using CRM tools and maximize opportunities for patient access
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and outstanding support for provider offices
• Maintain a consistent call cycle with proper follow-up and account management
• Support practices with benefit verification, documentation, and specialty pharmacy coordination
• Stay current on competitor activity and market trends to inform territory strategy
