Responsibilities :

Employee Engagement Initiatives : Deploy employee engagement plans and conduct projects to increase employee involvement and motivation (vision meetings, team building activities, wellness activities, meetings with leaders, etc.

Deploy and continuously evaluate the onboarding process for new team members.Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for team members.

Administer stay interviews, exit interviews, learning hub, employee surveys, etc.Coordinate and support the development of employee engagement initiatives and strategies.

Maintain an inventory of preferred solutions used for Talent Management, such as -degree assessments, executive coaching, and leadership development programs.

  • Reporting and Analytics : Report creation for talent management KPI’s.Report creation of talent analytics dashboard.Analyze and report on trends related to stay interviews, exit interviews, employee surveys, etc.
  • Talent Development and Retention : Offer support to managers and HRBP’s in advising on development plans for team members ensuring opportunities for learning and growth.

Offer support to the managers for annual performance review documents, reporting, etc.Lead training and communication on performance management program.

Assist in administration of and debriefing of behavioral assessments.

Employee Training and Facilitation : Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.

Assist in developing training programs to fulfill team member and group needs to maintain or improve job skills.Maintain records of training and development activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications :
  • Education : bachelor’s degree in human resources, OD, or related field.
  • Certifications : Professional in Human Resources or equivalent a plus but not required.
  • Successful Candidates will Demonstrate : Passion for innovative talent solutions and process improvement.Exposure to KPI / data analytics and reportingKnowledge of core Talent Management programs / processes including talent assessment tools.

Exposure to facilitation of training programs.Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

Knowledge of development planning processes.Excel proficiency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills.Adept with a variety of multimedia platforms and methods.

Experience :

  • Employee Engagement and Talent Management Lifecycle focus : 3-5 years
  • Training / Facilitation : 1 year or less
  • Strong PC Skills : Including Outlook, PowerPoint, moderately complex spreadsheets, graphics applications, and project planning.
