Global Marketing Coordinator - Respiratory Rhinology and Gastroenterology
The Global Marketing Coordinator Respiratory, Rhinology & Gastroenterology provides high-level project management and administrative support to the two Global Therapeutic Area Leads and their cross-functional teams. This position is highly visible, and also serves as a liaison between Dermatology, Franchise teams and various stakeholders.
You will be part of the Global Alliance Immunology Commercial Team leading the expansion of Dupixent in Asthma, COPD, CRSwNP, AFRS and EOE as well as Itepekimab in COPD, Bronchiectasis and CRS with and sans NP. With already more than one million patients on treatment, Dupixent is Sanofi multi-indication mega blockbuster and Itepekimab is part of Sanofi's next Big 12 assets.

Main Responsibilities :
- Manages multiple, often conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Prioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
- Fulfills scheduling and coordination, document development, screening, and reporting for the area, including on-site administrative support.
- Proactively manages calendars, schedules meetings, organizes events, manages domestic and global meeting logistics, and arranges domestic and international travels with both internal and external parties. Ensures efficient and compliant processing of expenses.
- Maintains and establishes regular contact with counterparts

- Provides a positive presence and excellent support with communications and meetings in person.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism due to the nature of work relating to potential future initiatives / projects with significant impacts on Sanofi globally. Uses tact, diplomacy, sound judgement, and informed decision making to ensure the on-going operation of the business area.
- Establishes workflow priority based on assessment of tasks and consideration of interdepartmental needs. Ad hoc project support as needed by leadership team members.
- Interfaces with important functions such as Medical, Value & Access, P&C, Finance (incl. Procurement), Facilities, and Digital / IT. Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, consultants, and suppliers; submit SOW and track lifecycle of submission thru execution of Purchase Orders; respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
