Your Work Environment

You'll thrive within Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), a cornerstone of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace, focusing on high-quality fasteners and fittings for the aerospace and defense sectors. CAM encompasses nine subsidiaries across the U.S. within three core segments.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure machinery operates efficiently by executing regular maintenance, adjusting motors and control systems.
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to detect and solve machinery issues promptly.
• Program and set up CNC machines with precision, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Repair high-voltage systems and low-voltage circuits alongside hydraulic systems.
• Document your work, maintain equipment records, and ensure transparency in maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with production to effectively implement equipment improvements.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians, encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain an inventory of parts and tools to facilitate swift repairs.
• Commit to safety protocols and actively participate in training sessions.
• Adhere to written guidelines and drawings to execute tasks with precision.
