Post-Sales Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join their customer success team in the AI security space.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of AI security solutions

Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization, and cloud networking

Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring ongoing customer value and success

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role, preferably in AI or security

Strong experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud networking concepts

Python programming experience required; familiarity with AI / ML workflows is a plus

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for helping customers succeed
