🌿 Post-Harvest Technician 📍 Location :

Our integrated structure allows for strong collaboration between departments and clear visibility from seed to sale. ✂️ Key Responsibilities • Executing post-harvest processes including cutting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging • Monitoring dry and cure rooms to ensure proper environmental conditions • Accurately weighing, sorting, and labeling harvested material • Converting METRC harvests into finished inventory and maintaining accurate data entry • Creating and managing package tags and internal inventory tracking • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of post-harvest workspaces • Following SOPs and compliance requirements at all times • Assisting with audits, inventory counts, and quality control checks 🧠 Qualifications • Previous post-harvest or processing experience preferred • Working knowledge of METRC required • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability 💼 What We Offer • Full-time, onsite position • Benefits including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off • Growth opportunities within a vertically integrated operation 📩 How to Apply Apply directly or send your resume and a brief write-up to cory@gramazon.us #Cult26 Powered by JazzHR
