What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help deter potential risks or suspicious activity.

Observe for any unusual activity or security-related concerns and report findings to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership as required.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying authorized personnel, and assisting with visitor management as instructed by site policies.

Assist with crowd management, queue control, and / or other tasks to support a secure environment for employees and visitors at the financial institution.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Candidates must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
