Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the annual budget and monthly forecast processes across all channels and departments

Identify and implement process improvements with an AI-first mindset to enhance efficiency and insights

Develop partnerships with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support financial modeling for new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA and / or CPA preferred

10+ years of progressively responsible FP&A experience

Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve processes and automate workflows

Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles

Experience in a multi-unit retail environment with an online presence
