Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Product Manager to lead the Premium Discovery team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping prospective Premium members discover the benefits of Premium that match their professional goals and intent. You’ll drive critical touchpoints in the Premium funnel placing members into the right plan, helping members upgrade as their needs grow, and building experiences that fuel viral growth. As part of LinkedIn’s Growth organization, you’ll move fast, run experiments, and iterate relentlessly to drive both member success and business impact.  We're looking for a member-first, metrics-oriented PM who thrives in high-velocity environments and is excited to scale our subscription business.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap : Lead the product roadmap for Premium Discovery, focusing on high quality solutions that deliver measurable impact and delight members.
• Drive Discoverability of Premium : increase top-of-funnel traffic to the Premium signup flow. This includes identifying high-impact entry points across LinkedIn, surfacing the right value props, and experimenting with design, timing, and targeting to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams : Partner with design, engineering, business operations, product marketing, data science, and other stakeholders to bring end-to-end solutions to market.
• Experiment rapidly : Plan and execute iterative A / B tests; analyze outcomes to refine product features and accelerate learning.
• Drive collaboration and alignment : Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships across LinkedIn, not just within your own team, ensuring product initiatives align with broader company objectives. Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn
• Build team culture :  Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, member empathy, and learning

The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
