About the Greenville Drive

The Greenville Drive, the High-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, is committed to providing a first-class fan experience at Fluor Field while serving as a centerpiece of the Upstate South Carolina community. We are seeking one organized, proactive, and creative individual to join our team as the Marketing Intern for the 2026 season.

Position Overview

The Summer Marketing Intern will support the Greenville Drive's sponsor and community activation efforts, including the planning, layout, and execution of theme nights, community nights, and sponsor activations. This full-time role for one individual offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, event execution, and sponsor relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing sponsor and community activation events at Fluor Field.
• Develop in-venue layouts for sponsor tables, community booths, and interactive fan experiences.
• Coordinate with sponsors and community partners to ensure proper setup, branding, and execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing, promotions, and game presentation teams to integrate activations into game-day operations.
• Support on-site partner activation setup, management, and teardown.
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing fan engagement and sponsor visibility.
• Assist with tracking activation performance and reporting results to internal stakeholders.
