What You'll Do

  • Lead prospective student outreach and admissions for Quantic School of Business & Technology, its Valar Institute division, and our future learning offerings.
  • Serve as chief ambassador for the institution, executing marketing strategy and communications to a broad group of stakeholders, including prospects, applicants, and admitted students.
  • Direct and manage the work of 15-25 continuing and contingent staff across admissions. Develop those in leadership positions and their talent pipeline : make hiring decisions, provide coaching and mentoring, manage performance, proactively determine staffing needs, develop and ensure succession.
  • Promote and market the degree programs including MBA / EMBA : duties may include planning and delivering in-person and digital presentations, hosting receptions, and participating in other recruitment activities.
  • Make recommendations or decisions on applications for admission, and oversee application statuses to ensure the timely release of decisions.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • At ease with being the on camera representative of the institution, able to clearly and effectively communicate information to a wide array of internal and external audiences.
  • Passion for the intersection of education and technology, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to nurture and drive a high performing team to sustain our deliberate standards of excellence.
  • Several years' experience in a professional environment characterized by complex demands, large workloads, deadline pressures, and high client / student expectations.
