Real Estate Associate (Transactional) – Century City, CA
(3-7 years’ experience) - Base salary : $200,000 – $275,000 (excluding bonus / additional compensation)

What you’ll do :
Lead drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate purchase & sale agreements and leasesConduct title / survey review, diligence, and coordinate closingsHandle client-facing responsibilities while collaborating with practice group leadersEngage with real estate-industry bodies (e.g. ULI, NAIOP, CREFC or similar)Work closely with senior attorneys on structuring sophisticated real estate transactionsThe ideal candidate :
3–7 years of substantive real estate experience (commercial acquisitions / dispositions / leasing)Strong foundational knowledge of title, diligence, and closing logisticsExcellent writing, analytical, organizational & client-relationship skillsSelf-starter mindset with ability to thrive both independently and in a teamwork-driven environmentJD & admitted to the California BarApply confidentially or schedule a private discussion to learn more :
