Job description

A company is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead partnership strategy and market development in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute partnership strategies with pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms

Lead negotiations with C-level executives and develop strategic alliances with oncology centers

Identify new commercial opportunities and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

5-7 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management in healthcare or life sciences

Proven track record in managing high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies

Experience in the clinical trials ecosystem and understanding of regulatory requirements

Background in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical trial technologies preferred

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
