About The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of cloud computing? CoreWeave is revolutionizing the industry by combining bleeding-edge GPU technology with the fastest, most adaptable infrastructure. We seek Solutions Architects with expertise in Kubernetes, Machine Learning Operations, Distributed Training / Inference, or Networking Engineering.

These domains are central to our platform, which supports AI / ML and HPC workloads often managed with Slurm. As a Solutions Architect, you'll demonstrate thought leadership, engage hands-on with customers, and influence our product development from establishing Kubernetes environments to workload optimization.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring their success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead proofs of concept to demonstrate solution value.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and collaborate with engineers.
• Provide feedback on product features, functionality, and performance.
• Review customer workloads for optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on storage technologies and educate the team.
• Lead R&D efforts for emerging solutions.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events, with travel as needed.

We value diverse experiences. Ideal candidates have proven experience as a solutions architect or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure, with strong expertise in storage and cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and AI / ML technologies are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, depending on experience and location, with additional bonuses, equity, and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, wellness benefits, parental leave, flexible PTO, and more.

Work Environment

We support a hybrid work model, with remote options for qualified candidates outside 30 miles of an office. New hires attend onboarding at a local hub within their first month, with quarterly team gatherings.
