Director Of Federal Sales

The Director Of Federal will be responsible for expanding existing presence in the federal and DoD markets, transforming current contracts into larger programs and securing new high-value opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of scaling federal sales in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow federal and DoD business
• Transform existing contracts into larger, more comprehensive programs
• Identify and pursue new federal opportunities aligned with the client's capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in federal agencies and the DoD
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align offerings with federal needs
• Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and high-level meetings
• Provide regular reports and forecasts on federal sales pipeline and performance
