NetSuite Platform Owner

We are looking for a NetSuite lead / product owner.

Responsibilities :

• System Maintenance : Maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.
• User Support : Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.
• Troubleshooting : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Data Management : Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
• Documentation : Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal SME.
• Manage system configurations, customizations, workflows, roles, and permissions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs to support business operations.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users across departments.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with NetSuite support for issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead enhancement initiatives.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00 / hr.
