Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and support our sales agents through hands-on coaching, training program development, and performance-focused instruction. This role is pivotal in onboarding new hires, refining sales techniques, and ensuring all representatives are equipped with the tools to succeed. Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and update engaging training programs for new and existing inbound sales representatives.
• Conduct regular training classes, roleplays, and performance refreshers during the 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM shift.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and adapt training accordingly.
• Monitor calls and provide real-time coaching to agents on script adherence, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
• Work closely with leadership and QA to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and other support tools.
• Assist with onboarding and ramp-up of new employees to ensure early success.
• Provide ongoing development opportunities and workshops to enhance team performance.
