Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new insurance clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Understand customer needs to present tailored insurance policies (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
• Close sales and meet or exceed individual performance goals
• Deliver excellent customer service during and after the sales process
• Assist policyholders with questions, policy changes, and claims support
• Conduct regular follow-ups to review coverage and offer additional products
• Stay informed on product updates, underwriting changes, and compliance standards
• Work collaboratively with your local agency team to hit shared objectives
