Key Responsibilities
Coordinate in-home services and patient enrollment for assigned programs
Handle inbound and outbound communications while maintaining service levels
Document issues and resolutions, and assist with work distribution and training
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of relevant work experience
General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Internet
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak call times
Proficient in timely and accurate data entry
