Responsible for managing and executing enterprise level marketing projects or initiatives that support the company's strategic goals for a specific marketing function (packaging, retail, ecomm).
- Serve as project specialist for a specific marketing function (packaging, retail, ecomm)
- Provide marketing project administration support on significant company projects involving multiple departments.
- Facilitate projects to provide accountability for scope, schedule, progress and task status
- Identify, address, and resolve risks, issues, and changes to project scope
- Lead cross-functional project status meetings, arrange assignments, monitor the progress of projects, provide analysis on project performance;
- Serve as marketing liaison in all areas of the business involving specific function; attend meetings, provide updates, outline action plans and provide follow-up
- Organize schedules and manage flow of work within or between organizational units or departments
- Partner with other departments to consider operational feasibility, time constraints, system functionality, budgetary implications.
- Assess and report on how project initiatives impact brand development and deployment
- Manage communication and correspondence between all project stakeholders
- Work with legal to ensure and understand compliance requirements
- Preserve and maintain documents to company standards
- Steer change management initiatives; manage centralization of change management system
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience / Skills :
