Key Responsibilities
Initiate and develop senior-level client relationships to generate new business
Manage the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting and account planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet client needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of field sales experience in a closing role, preferably with healthcare providers or HR decision makers
Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles with contract values over $1M
Background in a startup or fast-paced environment with rapid growth expectations
Strong organizational and presentation skills
A persistent sense of urgency and ability to create urgency within accounts
