This full-time, entry-level opportunity is ideal for those eager to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and team management. Trainees will actively engage with customers in retail settings, mastering essential skills to advance toward a leadership role.

What You’ll Do :

Interact with customers in retail locations, using engaging displays and promotions to drive sales.

Identify and leverage customer purchasing behavior to boost sales.

Receive hands-on training in business operations, including HR management, client relations, and financial oversight.

Oversee in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Coach and mentor new team members, helping them hit their sales goals and develop professionally.

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding product launches and promotions.

What We’re Looking For :

Must be at least 18 years old.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Self-motivated with a strong passion for hitting sales targets.

Immediate availability preferred.

High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Strong interest in learning and growing in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Excellent communication and people skills for building relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients.

A desire to advance within a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
