City Las Vegas State NV Shift Day Type of Shift Full Time Department Finance & Accounting

Summary : Responsible for properly performing financial activities related to the accounting activities of the finance department, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and review balance sheet accounts to assure accuracy in the GL and ensures that variances are accounted
• Assist outside auditors when necessary
• Prepare adjusted entries for the next month to correct any variances if necessary
• Receive checks and payments for deposit
• Prepare monthly schedules for various balance sheet reconciliations and amortizations
• Complete monthly reconciliation of all asset and liability accounts
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
