Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and maintain quality and productivity levels

Gather injury and insurance information from relevant parties and submit claims to insurance carriers

Provide customer service and updates to clients while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred

1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation

Strong customer service background and a positive attitude

Proficient in data entry, MS Office applications, and web-based applications

Ability to manage a large workload with strong organizational and time management skills
