Residential Supervisor at Beechwood house (Sun-Thu 1pm-9pm flex)

Location : Beechwood Circle, Fort Wayne, In USA

Pay : $21.63 per hour

Job Summary :

  • Role : Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
  • Objective : Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Essential Functions :

  • Supervision : Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Accounting : Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds.
  • Program Implementation : Oversee and document each individual's program plan.
  • Health & Safety : Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly.
  • Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff.
  • Compliance : Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services' policies and procedures.
  • Environment : Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees.
  • Impact : Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others.

    • Qualifications :

  • Preferred : Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
  • Requirements :

    • Valid driver's license.

  • Current auto insurance.
  • Ability to transport individuals safely.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.
