Branch Lead

TITLE :

• BRANCH LEAD STATUS : NON-EXEMPT DEPARTMENT :    FOLSOM BRANCH REPORTS TO :   BRANCH MANAGER PAY SCALE :   $23.00 - $29.00 HOUR Sacramento Credit Union is seeking candidates who thrive as leaders and excel at providing exceptional customer service for our Branch Lead  position at our Folsom branch.  The Branch Lead is an extension of the branch leadership team and can run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager and assists with coaching branch staff to meet or exceed all sales and service objectives.
• This position requires knowledge of credit union / bank operations, regulations and lending practices and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally and is responsible for providing functional guidance and work direction to Financial Service Specialists.  Under limited supervision, performs audits and ensures efficiency of routine service operations and provides assistance with more complex issues.
