Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead integration projects and ensure accurate rental information delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for multifamily integrations, translating business needs into technical specifications
Write and maintain documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
Use SQL and data analysis to validate integrations and guide business decisions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Product Analyst in SaaS or multifamily housing technology
3+ years of multifamily-specific integration experience with API integrations and data exchange protocols
Hands-on experience with SQL for analyzing large datasets
Strong working knowledge of Jira for requirements management and backlog tracking
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting system integrations
