Position Summary :

We’re seeking a Business Unit Manager to oversee and grow operations in the Iowa City / Johnson County area. This role will drive project delivery, business development, and financial performance of the regional office.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct day-to-day operations for assigned projects and personnel

Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business

Provide leadership in estimating, project delivery, and safety

Manage P&L for regional projects

Qualifications :

10+ years in commercial construction management

Proven leadership in team management and client engagement

Strong local market knowledge preferred
