A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Program Manager to drive cross-functional integration projects across their revenue technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration projects connecting various revenue systems and manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate between revenue teams and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, ensuring seamless project execution
Evaluate new technology requests and design integration workflows to improve data quality across the revenue ecosystem
Required Qualifications
5+ years in program management, project management, business systems analysis, or revenue operations roles
Proven track record delivering integration projects involving CRM and marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of revenue operations processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Developer certification a plus
