Ability to work independently with limited supervision; Talent Acquisition team across all areas of recruitment. Specifically, helping to manage the onboarding cycle for new hires from the acceptance of the offer through the employees’ first day of employment. This individual will work closely with multiple recruiters and provide customized support for the talent acquisition process.

Deliver excellent experience for candidates and business leaders throughout the entire recruitment process
Provide ownership of the new hire onboarding and act as point of contact for newly hired employees to ensure successful completion of all required pre-employment requirements
Establish effective working relationships with key business partners including business leaders, HR business partners, compliance, legal, relocation and immigration
Manage and maintain the interview suites positively reflecting the company brand
Independently oversee the hiring process by monitoring candidate status within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
Monitor the candidate expenses process and ensure compliance to travel guidelines
Escalate troubleshooting investigations of talent acquisition processes to the GTA Lead
