Job descriptionResearch and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders. Oversee the negotiation and closing of key business deals. Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team. Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading business development initiatives, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the company's financial and growth objectives.
