Offers essential patient support by assisting with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, and mobility. Monitors vital signs and provides comfort under the supervision of RNs or LPNs.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Ensure Safety and Comfort : Provide personalized care with a focus on safety and comfort.
2. Perform Comprehensive Care : Assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules.
3. Offer Welcoming Presence : Create a warm atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors.
4. Manage Medications Precisely : Administer medications safely and accurately.
5. Maintain Infection Control : Follow protocols for a clean and safe environment.
6.Report Changes Promptly : Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes.
7. Communicate Effectively : Exchange information for quality patient care.
8. Prioritize Tasks : Manage activities based on current care needs.
9. Document Accurately : Maintain documentation with precision and compliance.
1. Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
2. Current BLS / CPR certification.
3. 6+ months of experience preferred (facility or home-based).
4. Ability to work effectively in high-demand, fast-paced settings.
