Director, Deal Desk
The Director, Deal Desk will lead the strategy, operations, and execution of SecurityScorecard's global deal support function. This role is critical in shaping scalable processes, ensuring commercial discipline, and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to optimize deal outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of SaaS commercial models, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Deal Desk team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to establish and enforce deal policies, pricing guidelines, and approval matrices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for non-standard and complex transactions, balancing business needs with financial and legal considerations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on go-to-market strategies, product bundling, and commercial term optimization.
Deal & Approval Operations
Oversee the end-to-end deal process, including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings.Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify pricing structures, approval processes, and terms for high-value or complex deals.Own and manage the approval workflows, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with corporate objectives.Operational Excellence & Systems
Drive implementation, adoption, and optimization of CPQ and related sales technologies to streamline the quote-to-cash process.Build and deliver training for Sales and Customer Success teams on deal desk policies, processes, and best practices.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Deal Desk impact and effectiveness.Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related functions, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition principles.Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, and Legal at senior levels.Hands-on experience with CPQ systems and Salesforce CRM.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions and drive organizational change.Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
