Corporate Accounting Director

Job Title

This role is responsible for overseeing legal entity accounting, complex financial instruments, and global currency impacts, while managing a team of four.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting Oversight

Direct legal entity accounting across domestic and international subsidiaries.

Lead accounting for investments, including noncontrolling interests and equity method investments.

Oversee foreign currency accounting, including translation and remeasurement processes.

Prepare and review footnote disclosures for Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, specifically related to :

Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
