Manager - Care Management at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is Full- time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under the direction of the Director, Care Management, the Mgr, Care Management is responsible for the overall daily operations and clinical practice of the assigned service areas.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or,
• Master's Degree - Social Work.
• 3 years Experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
• Strong project management and operations experience.
