About The Position

We are seeking a proficient and dedicated Locums

Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Ocala, FL. This role involves

delivering high-quality emergency medical care, requiring proficiency in a wide

range of emergency care procedures.  As a

EM Physician you will provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients.

Demonstrate proficiency in emergency care procedures, including but not limited

to Central Access, Arterial Line, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and

Orthopedic stabilization. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop

appropriate treatment plans.

Requirements : Board Eligible

in Emergency Medicine after successful completion of an accredited

residency.

Alternatively,

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with 3 years of experience

(specifically for Free-Standing Emergency Departments).

Ocala,

FL, is a charming city located in north-central Florida, known for its

picturesque landscapes, outdoor recreational opportunities, and equestrian

culture.  The physician will provide

high-quality inpatient care to patients requiring physical medicine and

rehabilitation services. The role involves managing a daily patient volume of

approximately 10 patients. The physician will collaborate with a supportive team,

including Medical Assistants (MA's), Registered Nurses (RN's), and Advanced

Practice Providers (APP's). Documentation and patient records will be managed

using the Meditech EMR system.
