This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations while fostering a collaborative and productive department environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise, delegate, and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement departmental controls, systems, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the preparation and completion of major financial projects, including month-end and year-end reports, adhering to deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with financial legislation and organizational policies across all accounting processes.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and oversee audits, reconciliations, and related processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that guide strategic decisions and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and financial regulations to ensure the department operates effectively.
• Train and motivate accounting staff to foster growth and development within the team.
