Job description
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to customers and merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Provide omni-channel support across email, chat, and phone
Apply systematic troubleshooting to resolve complex customer issues
Educate customers on maximizing the benefits of products and services
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role, preferably in Payments or Fintech
Education or training in finance or technology is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite
Ability to maintain a confidential and distraction-free workspace
Reliable high-speed internet connection
